i had the most most most horrifying dream which i just woke up from. i dreamt that nigel died.
i was still schooling in australia, playing some hide &seek with my friends in a big house. i locked myself in a big room &somehow fell asleep on the big bed. when i woke up, i took a long time to pack my stuff up then went outside. i saw S, hugged her &asked her why she came back. everyone started acting funny around me. S wanted to tell me something but didnt know how to. i rememered vaguely hearing something about someone passing away when i was asleep. so i told her, yes i know someone passed away. she just continued hesitating &looking at me all weird. until it hit me. so i just walked off, because i didnt wna hear it. i received a call from T who apparently already knew &was telling me about some love stuff which i just hung up on. i called nigel’s handphone &his grandfather picked up, talking to me in hokkien. then i called his room phone which his mum picked up &told me it all. which i still remember but dont rlly wna say.

i went to spot light &craft stores but i cant find the same button.
i considered buying a different style but that would mean i would have to buy 8 of that different style to replace all the buttons. &the style that i particularly liked at spotlight, was very expensive to buy 8.

#6 who needs to lug around a digital camera anymore when you have an INBUILT 2MEGAPIXEL CAMERA ? i’m sucha sucker for cameras. or should i say, VAINPOT !

#7 the GPS FUNCTION is total motivation for a soon-to-be 18yr old like myself to chiong my driving lessons ! especially since i am SO directionally-challenged. i have also been dying to discover all the hidden yet famous eateries in singapore !

during my 5days in KL, my new science module actually started.
so i missed out on about 5 lessons, including the first, introductory one.
when i came back to sg &checked my timetable, i just discovered i had a TEST the day after i came back from KL (saturday).

what the fuck, you know.

so i went for the 1st lesson i ever went for this module &did the test.
the test i didnt study for &basically knew nothing about.
the test i COULDNT study for because i had no material at all.
the test, so important, it carried about 10% of the final mark.

REALLY. SOMETIMES I WONDER.
WHY AM I SO DAMN DAMN DAMN SMART !!!

i can cry my stupidness away.
i need to STOP my nonsense.
this freedom i THINK i have.
&actually wake up.
i am in university, i am still in school.
i am doing a DEGREE for goodness sake.
a degree that costs my mum $30k.

like YESTERDAY !

#1 supposed to attend some family dinner of mine.
#2 supposed to watch kungfu panda with izwan &co.

but i did none of the above.

i cooked pancakes for bfast.

then went for my test in school.
i was late !
i think i had a lecture after the test but i wasnt sure &couldnt find my friends so i went off.

went to nigel’s house.
in the evening, his family came home &we drove to a very very deep seafood restaurant in sembawang.

which makes me anticipate.
i cannot wait to begin my driving lessons at the end of this year ! i want to discover all those hidden yet famous places which can only be reached by car :D

had dinner with his mum’s side of the family.
the food was A LOTTTT i tell you.
there were 2 big plates piled like a mountain with CRAY FISH.
i swear i have never seen so much crayfish being served before (not counting buffet !).

i think i ate like more than 10 crayfish lor.
have you ever eaten so much crayfish in your life or not !

after dinner, they all got so excited about the fish therapy which was connected to the restaurant.

wanted to watch KUNGFU PANDA !

but it was all sold out. wtf right ):
so we bought THE HAPPENING instead at 11:30pm.

went to starbucks to wait before the movie started.

then went back to cineleisure for the movie.
THE HAPPENING is about the entire of north east america being wiped out because of a disease which affects your brain, forcing you to kill yourself.
it’s like only 1 &half hour. &a bit senseless. the ending wasn’t elaborate enough.
it is gory, the way they killed themselves. but it’s scary &thrilling. quite nice :]

after that, we cabbed back.

woke up this morning &ate delifrance breakfast which nigel’s mummy bought :D
&ate half a box of durian. lolll.
then reached home at 6pm. where did the day go ?

day ONE.
went to my other house to meet my mum.
i forgot my passport ! smart huh.

used the transtar coach to kl.
food served +personal tv.
mummy &i both watched horrors.

reached kl in the evening time.
cabbed to mummy’s condo, put down my stuff &went out for supper :D

day TWO.
mummy went to work.
&im stuck at home. cant watch tv, no internet access.
SO WHAT IS THERE TO DO ?!

went swimming for a few hours. there was no one in the pool at all.
&the passerbys. they havnt seen anyone in a bikini before -.-

mummy knocked off at 5:30pm. then we went to the big malls.
ate her favourite chicken at nando’s.
then shopping for housewares ! &she bought the tv cable +dvds from videoEZ or whtv.

day THREE.

did the sameeeee stuff.
but at least this time i had dvds to watch.

ofcourse, I CANNOT DO IT. i didnt even study la, hello.
i am fucking lazy. i want to slap myself.
like, the last time i ever really studied was O levels.
and ironically, i have not even once used my O level cert for anything.
i can burn it.

it was like a 3hour paper.
i can pass up within half an hour. but i was too shy. HAHA.
so this is what i usually do during papers,
step 1: do all the questions i actually know how to do.
step 2: stare at the questions i dont know how to do, in hopes that the answer will miraculously appear. somewhere.
step 3: look for the loopholes. eg. part b or c questions like “is it independent ?” and answer it despite not having answered part A.
step 4: fill in as much as you know for anything &everything to get half marks.
step 5: stare at the untouched questions again because it’s too early to hand in the paper.

outsiders came to invigilate the paper but my lecturer was still there.
i wanted to hand it in when his back was turned cuz i know he’ll surely give me some look &i’ll feel super embarrassed to be handing it up so early.
but too bad. got busted.
he waited for me outside the room &asked me abt the paper.
i just said, CMI !
hahaha.
